Borders: Alone She Travels


In order to fulfill the promise I made to myself in college time, during the 2011 Southeast Asian flood, I carried my familiar mountaineering backpack, quit my job as a financial journalist, and set out alone. This semi-autobiographical prose book depicted nearly a year of overseas backpacking trip. It documented the geographical borders that I had always liked, as well as my own mental boundaries.
